Women-Only Beginners Fitness Class

The course runs for 6 weeks and will meet Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 pm. The third class time will probably be on Saturday at 10 am, but we want to see what works best for the group.
We start on OCTOBER 10 and will finish on NOVEMBER 19.
Don't worry if you can't make a couple of classes, we will offer a few make-ups throughout the length of the course.
As promised, we have weekly themes designed to help us all try out new healthy habits and see which ones make us feel fabulous. The themes are:
